Scenes and Legends - Folktales by the Fireside
New for the season in 2017, we are unbolting the previously locked door of the Birthplace Cottage kitchen, to welcome in visitors to Scenes and Legends - Folktales by the Fireside.
Settle by the hearth and in the candle light, listen to your Timemasters' costumed Ghost Guide, Duncan Cook, retell some of Hugh Miller's ghostly tales of encounters with spirits in Cromarty, the Black Isle and beyond.
Performances take place most Thursday afternoons from Easter to end September, between 1pm and 4.30pm and are suitbale for a family audience.
