‘Participating in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk was a fantastic way to connect with other colleagues working within the National Trust for Scotland, in addition to being able to promote our charity and fundraise for the important conservation work happening across the Trust.

The 18-mile walk was a great physical challenge that also provided fantastic mental health benefits due to being able to exercise in nature and socialise with all those taking part. As a team, we started our walk in Aberdeen and got to cross through our own North East Headquarters site at Crathes before reaching the finish line in Banchory. A fun and hugely successful day!’

A group of people, all wearing kilts, stand in a line smiling at the camera, showing off their race medals around their necks. A finish line is in the background, with lots of banners and people milling about.
