On 16 April 1746, the course of British, European and world history changed forever, as Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobite army were defeated on Culloden Moor by the government forces commanded by the Duke of Cumberland.

This international landmark is today commemorated by our award-winning Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre, where history and modern facilities combine to offer a five-star venue for corporate functions and private events.
