Venue overview

One of the prettiest wedding venues in Scotland

Adorned with 17th-century Flemish tapestries, warm oak panelling and intricate carvings, the Great Hall is an impressive setting for intimate wedding ceremonies and the principal room used for dining.

In spring and summer, your guests can stroll out through the open French windows, champagne flute in hand, to the terrace with its sweeping stone staircase and uninterrupted views across the rolling Fife hills, before being seated for dinner.

The Lorimer-designed gardens, with yew hedging, sumptuous mixed borders and a sunken rose garden, make a spectacular backdrop for wedding photography and alfresco receptions.

For larger weddings, you can hire a marquee to be set up on the formal lawns in front of the house.
