Baby Big 5 ... and friends

Scotland is famous for its Big 5 in wildlife (golden eagle, red deer, red squirrel, harbour seal and otter), but now that spring has sprung we thought it would be fun to take a look at their baby versions!
A mother badger and her 5 cubs snuffle for food in a grassy glade, beneath a large branch. A golden eagle chick perches on straw. It has white fluffy feathers all over, with long talons and a severe beak. A group of 4 otters snuggle together on a muddy bank. The youngest sits beside its mother and looks towards the camera, with its front paws spread out on the ground. A very young red deer stands in a field, nuzzled by its mother.
