Small whitewashed cottage in village setting; birthplace of J M Barrie, author of Peter Pan. House is a time capsule of late 19th-century life, with box beds and a wash-house, and pays homage to the work of the author. Property is best suited to factual programmes and small crews. Limited parking, but public car park 150m away.
