Iconic monument in Highland landscape | C19th | Glenfinnan | PH37 4LT

Towering monument built in 1815 as a tribute to those who died fighting for the Jacobite cause. Set against a scenic backdrop of Loch Shiel and surrounding mountains to the south, and the Glenfinnan viaduct to the north. The monument is 18m high; access to the top (via spiral staircase) is possible. Parking available but in high demand during peak season.

Please note the Glenfinnan viaduct is not owned by the National Trust for Scotland although it can be viewed from the Trust estate. Please contact the Filming Manager for a boundary map and more information on permissions.
