A Scottish castle wedding
Teeming with history and surrounded by mountains, Brodick is every inch the quintessential island castle ... and an incredible wedding venue. The present building was fashioned in 1844, but the seat dates back centuries to when its strategic position overlooking the Firth of Clyde made Brodick a fortress to be reckoned with. The castle was the ancient seat of the Dukes of Hamilton and contains a fabulous collection of treasured artefacts.
Outdoor wedding venue
The woodlands, waterfalls, bathing pools and exceptional views towards mainland Scotland conjure up an island charm that will beguile your guests. With three National Collections of rhododendron offering colour and fragrance throughout the year, Brodick’s romantic gardens are a picturesque setting for your wedding ceremony, alfresco reception and photography.
Alternatively, a marquee can be erected on the south-facing lawn, with the castle forming a spectacular backdrop.
