Brodie Castle in spring
Already famous for its daffodil collection, the gardens at Brodie Castle will become even more colourful and enjoyable for visitors during 2017.

An exciting new Garden of Playfulness is planned, with amazing features inspired by the castle and the families who lived here.

This £2.8 million investment will help put Brodie on the map for families looking for a fantastic day out near Forres.

As well as the outdoor experience, a visitor pavilion will offer an even warmer welcome, with excellent new catering facilities and an indoor play area for younger visitors.

The castle is also renowned for its significant art collection, and this aspect will get a further boost with the creation of an exhibition and event space for concerts and art shows.

The Trust hopes that these changes will benefit the local community, attracting more visitors to the area and boosting the local economy, as well as providing a wonderful place to enjoy a great day out on their doorstep.
