The Hermitage

The still River Braan runs under an old stone bridge at the Hermitage. The surrounding tall trees are just starting to turn and show their autumn colour.

Enchanting woodland | Near Dunkeld | PH8 0JR

Originally designed as a pleasure ground in the 18th century. The woodland has a fairytale quality with moss-covered bridges and arches, multiple forest paths and a picturesque folly with viewing platform overlooking the crashing Black Linn Falls. Woodland contains towering Douglas firs, a native species of North America, making this a great double for American landscapes. Vehicle access into the woodland is possible with permissions; ample parking for tech vehicles; access directly off the A9 road. Drone filming considered on application.
