Spectacular cliff-top castle designed by Robert Adam in the 18th century with luxurious interiors including an oval staircase, armoury, grand period kitchen and the luxury Eisenhower Hotel with views across to Arran. Tiered formal court gardens surround the castle along with battlement walls, intricate arches and a clock tower.

The vast surrounding estate encompasses eclectic follies such as a pagoda and gothic Camellia House, extensive woodland, walled gardens, Swan Pond, controllable roads, playgrounds, multiple beaches, headland paths, a deer park and sea caves beneath the cliffs.

Large amount of parking; TV drama-size unit base can be accommodated onsite outwith the school holidays.
