Scenic views, forest and thatched cruck-framed building | Rowardennan | G63 0AR

Under an hour from Glasgow, this mountain offers an array of different scenery without requiring the full ascent. A 30–45 min walk affords spectacular views of Loch Lomond and the surrounding hills. The ascent is through birch and oak forests and the area also boasts waterfalls, streams and a replica cruck-framed thatched building, a great period croft double. Parking available.
