Founders’ Circle

The National Trust for Scotland’s Founders’ Circle provides the opportunity for supporters to deepen their engagement with the places, collections and stories which make Scotland so special.

Members are invited ‘behind the scenes’ to learn more about why and how we care for Scotland’s heritage, gaining a closer insight into our conservation work and expertise.

From e-updates to intimate lectures to donor-focused receptions, members enjoy special opportunities to meet like-minded supporters while making a huge difference to our work.

Membership of the Founders’ Circle provides the opportunity to support the National Trust for Scotland as well as enjoy a wide range of activities:

  • Exclusive access to the Trust’s special places and spaces by invitation to hear from our experts in built heritage, history, collections, art, archaeology, gardens and the countryside
  • An invitation to an annual Founders’ Circle event, where you’ll meet staff and volunteers who work on key projects funded by the Trust’s generous supporters
  • Bespoke regular communications, based on your preferences, giving updates on projects supported by your gifts as well as upcoming projects and events
  • A direct contact within the Fundraising team for your queries regarding your support and the work of the Trust
