Dating from the 16th century, Brodie Castle is an iconic Scottish tower house set amidst 71 hectares of peaceful parkland, located between Forres and Nairn, and within easy access of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands.
The castle's extensive grounds are ideal for marquees and provide a stunning backdrop for photographs and alfresco events, especially during spring and summer when Brodie's famous daffodils are in full bloom.

Accommodation
Part of our exclusive Connoisseurs' Collection, the 7-bedroom Laird's Wing offers luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 14 guests within the castle. Cormack and South Lodge, two beautiful cottages within the grounds of Brodie Castle, offer additional self-catering accommodation for up to 8 guests.
Weddings at Brodie Castle
Within the castle, civil, religious and humanist ceremonies can be held in the bright and spacious Drawing Room, offering wonderful views over the extensive parkland, or in the Brodie family library, which displays over 6,000 volumes. For larger wedding receptions, the Library can be linked by a covered walkway to a marquee in the grounds.
After dinner, guests can relax, mingle and enjoy the castle's rich surroundings before taking a short stroll through the grounds to the converted stable block for the evening reception, ceilidh and dancing. The stable block and grounds are also available for religious and humanist ceremonies.
Corporate
Brodie Castle is an elegant and versatile venue for both day and evening events. Within the castle, the beautifully appointed public rooms are ideal for corporate entertaining and cultural gatherings and are complemented by the converted stable block, which provides additional flexible meeting and conference facilities. For maximum versatility, a marquee can be erected in the grounds.
Travelling to Brodie Castle
Brodie Castle is situated off the A96, 4 miles west of Forres and 24 miles east of Inverness. It is approximately 30 minutes by road from Inverness Airport and 2 hours from Aberdeen. Forres is the nearest railway station.
