Facilities & access

  • Access to and around the cottage is difficult, with two steps into the cottage, uneven floors, winding stairs and low ceilings.
  • There’s an uneven, sloping garden with narrow gravel paths.

Our shop is one of the few places in Scotland which sells items completely handwoven on a traditional handloom. Cushions, honey, preserves and other cottage-related products are also available.
