Playful Summer at Newhailes – new for 2025!
Saturday 28 June–Monday 25 August | Open daily, 10am–5pm
This summer, we invite families to enjoy a season of traditional outdoor fun with us at Playful Summer – a series of interactive play zones that are included with admission to Weehailes Playpark.
Visitors can explore five themed zones:
- Sport Zone – Try out classic games, run, jump and stay active.
- Nature Zone – Engage with the outdoors through hands-on discovery and building activities.
- Imagination Zone – Let creativity flow with dress-up and imaginative play.
- Beach Zone – Enjoy sand and water play in a relaxed, seaside-inspired space.
- Chill-Out Zone – Take time to unwind in the hay bale maze and other quiet corners.
Playful Summer is free for National Trust for Scotland members and ideal for families with young adventurers!
