Our eco-friendly visitor centre, nestled in a woodland glade, is an essential starting point for your adventures in Glencoe and Glen Etive. Get a taste of the stories that make Glencoe National Nature Reserve so special and plan your visit to the area here.

With a huge 3D map, our Info Hub offers loads of useful information on walks, the weather and seasonal wildlife. Our team can also answer your questions and help you make the most of your time here.

Our cinema space plays an unmissable short film – The Glen Revealed – three times every hour. Narrated by Game of Thrones actor Rory McCann, it’ll take you on a journey through millions of years and leave you inspired to support the National Trust for Scotland’s work here today. You can also find out more about our reconstruction of a traditional 17th-century turf and creel house in a film that plays every 20 minutes or on our free daily guided tour.

Check out the ‘Pioneers of the Peaks’ exhibition, which shines a spotlight on the men and women who have pushed the limits of climbing in Glencoe’s mountains for over a century. We also celebrate the volunteers who come to their rescue in an emergency, and the avalanche experts who study the snows here every winter.

Take in the panoramic views and refuel in our Highland Coo Café, or be tempted by exclusive Glencoe gifts in our fabulous shop. Every penny you spend here contributes towards our conservation work in this amazing landscape.
