Run away with us! Run away from cliché, complexity and an expensive wedding, and run into adventure. Begin your life together in the most exciting way.

Scenic locations

One of the (many!) great things about getting married in Scotland is that you can hold your wedding almost anywhere, since the minister, priest or celebrant carries the licence. At the National Trust for Scotland, we care for some of the most beautiful places in the country. From coastlines to castles, we have the perfect place in which you can say ‘I do’. What’s more, we also offer lots of wonderful self-catering accommodation options, either on site or nearby, for short breaks or longer stays.

Our little black book

We work with some of the wedding industry’s best suppliers. We can put you in touch with trusted local providers, including celebrants and photographers, allowing you to build a bespoke package and create the wedding of your dreams. Need a witness? Our team are happy to celebrate with you on your special day!

Support our cause

By choosing a National Trust for Scotland venue for your wedding, you’ll be supporting our vital conservation work. Your help allows us to protect these beautiful places for future generations to enjoy.
