Antiques Roadshow is coming to Hill of Tarvit on Tuesday 8 July 2025, and they are searching for forgotten family heirlooms and missing masterpieces to feature in the programme.

Viewers are being asked to contact Antiques Roadshow about their special objects and stories for consideration. All of this year’s locations are listed on the Antiques Roadshow website, where you can use the ‘Share Your Story’ form to fill out details of your objects. Some of the Roadshow’s most fascinating finds have included a Fabergé flower ornament worth £1 million, George Harrison’s guitar, a Van Dyck painting, a Van Cleef & Arpels ballerina brooch, and a leather jacket worn by John F Kennedy.

Hill of Tarvit is an Edwardian mansion, featuring landscaped gardens, flowering borders and a sunken rose garden – it also has the only dedicated hickory golf course in the UK. Previously the home of the Sharp family, the house now displays their unique collection of paintings, tapestries and ceramics, making it a perfect location for the Roadshow.

Catriona Peattie, Operations Manager for Fife said: ‘We’re really pleased that Antiques Roadshow will be able to come to Hill of Tarvit later this year, and we’re looking forward to seeing the treasures that folk from Fife and beyond will be able to share.’

Presenter Fiona Bruce, who will be filming her 18th series of Antiques Roadshow this year, says: ‘Antiques Roadshow is gearing up to start a new series, and every year I’m staggered to see the variety and volume of objects revealed to our team of specialists. There’s always exciting moments of surprise when it comes to valuations as well as reassuring appearances of old favourites, from teddy bears to tea sets.’
