Gift membership - the perfect gift for any occasion

Please note that for any gift membership application made after Sunday 16 December we cannot guarantee that this will arrive before Christmas. Due to our office shutdown period, any applications for membership made between 20 December 2012 and 3 January 2013 will not be processed until week commencing 7 January 2013.

A gift membership for one year only

You can buy a 1 year membership of the National Trust for Scotland and gift it to whoever you like. The membership can be sent directly to the person you are buying the membership for or can be sent to you to wrap up and give to them yourself.

Subsequent renewal notices and membership cards will be sent directly to the gift members.

A continuing gift membership

You can buy a membership of the National Trust for Scotland which can be renewed annually by you on the recipients behalf. The membership can be sent directly to the person you are buying the membership for or can be sent to you to wrap up and give to them yourself.

Renewal notices and new membership cards will be sent to you.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

This guarantee is offered by all banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society. If the amounts paid or the payment dates change, The National Trust for Scotland will notify you ten working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is made by The National Trust for Scotland or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
