Rockcliffe is 7 miles south of Dalbeattie, off the A710.
Address

Coming from Dalbeattie by car, turn right off the A710 in the village of Colvend onto an unnamed road. It is signposted to Rockcliffe. The car park is about 1½ miles down this road.

Planning your visit

Dogs are welcome but please keep them under close control, especially during the bird nesting season.

There are grazing livestock at this site, so please keep your dog under close control and let the animals have some space. Thank you for showing consideration for the safety of our livestock and wildlife.

Accessibility

The interpretation boards are easily accessible from both Rockcliffe car parks, but they’re on a steep slope at Kippford.
