Back to Culzean Castle

The Eisenhower

Named after its former resident, President Dwight D Eisenhower, The Eisenhower at Culzean Castle is a small country house hotel located on the upper floors of Culzean Castle. It enjoys superb panoramic views along the coast and across the sea to the mountains of Arran. Guests access the accommodation using an original elevator, transporting them to an exclusive ‘hideaway’ that was the holiday home of Eisenhower and his family from 1945 until his death in 1969.

Comprising six bedrooms, the Eisenhower Hotel at Culzean Castle is one of the most exclusive places to stay in Scotland.

Guests can soak up the castle ambience with other guests. Alternatively, why not book the whole hotel for exclusive use, for a family gathering, wedding or birthday. Whatever the occasion, the Eisenhower is ideal for entertaining VIP guests in style in a truly unique setting.
