The popularity of gin has never been higher, with customers across Scotland seeking craft & premium brands infused with locally sourced botanicals, including seaweed and rhubarb as well as Christmas gins spiced with frankincense and myrrh.

Celebrate this record year of gin by entertaining friends & acquaintances with your new-found knowledge of specialty gins, syrups & tonics.

Learn how to create your own infusions made with a range of herbs, spices, fruits, flowers & even vegetables from botanical expert Ms. Jo Darnley, at a unique event at our iconic 16th century property.

Gin expert, Lora Williams, from Eden Gin St Andrews, will be attending to tell us how their gin is made, highlighting the botanical extracts they use to make it so special.
