The Robert Burns Birthplace Museum in Alloway, Ayrshire opened in 2010, with generous support from the Scottish Government and the Heritage Lottery Fund.

The Museum combines original artefacts with quirky and challenging interpretation. Modern structures contrast with the historic townscape and the humble cottage in which Robert Burns was born.
