Welcome to the website for the National Trust for Scotland’s conservation project at Threadneedle and St Andrew Streets, Peterhead.

This site is managed and updated by the future residents of the Threadneedle Street buildings, with input and contributions from Trust staff.

Our project is the restoration and adaptation of a group of Georgian townhouses in the centre of the old burgh of Peterhead, Aberdeenshire. The completed project will provide community care housing of character and quality for up to eleven local people. The housing will be owned by Tenants First Housing Co-operative and let to Inspire (Partnership Through Life).

Work commenced on site in late 2009 and is due for completion in early 2011.
