Support Scotland's heritage by giving now to the National Trust for Scotland

We're called the Glencoe Young Naturalists Club (YNC). We're a children's nature club, led by NTS rangers and volunteers
The club is open to all children aged 5-11 living in the Lochaber area. Numbers are limited but do get in touch – even if the Club is full, we can put you onto a waiting list.
We're based at the Glencoe Visitor Centre.
The club usually meets on the last Saturday of every month, and runs from 10.30am until 12 noons.
At each meeting, we explore the local wildlife and environment in various ways.

We have games, crafts and outdoor activities.

From the smallest insects to mighty red deer, and tiny flowers to huge trees, the rangers will inspire you to discover more about Glencoe's natural history.

Some activities: Bee Happy (delve into the wonderful world of bees); Kite Flying (recycle plastic bags and make a kite); Celebrate World Ranger Day (find out what it's like to be a ranger!)

It's free to join.

Glencoe is famous for its mountains and its historic glen. It is also full of wildlife including red deer, golden eagles and rare plants. There are low level areas where the club activities take place.
