Description
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To provide support to the Operations Manager; specifically to cost, promote, and manage functions and corporate events at Crathes Castle, Gardens & Estate, and identify and secure business opportunities and local partnerships to support the revenue growth of the property. Ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction, the post-holder will assist with the development of the business and provide operational and administrative support for Functions, and specifically plan and deliver first class wedding services to enhance the reputation of the property.
