The wider purpose of the role is to help drive our ability to conserve Scotlands built and natural heritage under its care.

The specific purpose of the role is to support the Major Gifts Manager in the administration of the Major Gifts strategy. Helping to improve efficiency, ensuring records of correspondence, income and expenditure are kept up to date, as well as undertaking event logistics.

You will work to support the Major Gifts Manager, and closely with the Major Gifts Executive and well as other colleagues within the fundraising team, Customer and Cause Directorate and those teams in other directorates with which fundraising partners. You may on occasion work with appointed agencies which provide outsourced support to the Fundraising function, and play a key role in database and administrative support.
