Description
To provide support to the Operations Manager specifically to develop, cost, promote, and manage functions at Crathes Castle, Gardens and Estate, and liaise with site based teams to ensure property wide support and consistency. Ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction, the postholder will assist with the development of the business and provide operational and administrative support.

The Visitors Service Supervisor Functions position at Crathes Castle plays a pivotal role ensuring that the management objectives are translated into pragmatic actions by staff, and, with delegated responsibility for functions, is the face of the Trust to visitors. As such, you directly influences public perceptions of the Trust and is crucial to developing and maintaining the property?s local and national reputation.

The successful candidate will be expected to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs to achieve tough financial objectives. You should be outgoing, assertive and approachable with a flair for innovative ideas have previous experience of managing teams in a hospitality or events environment and show great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment
