Unless we create a sustainable future for the garden, its fate is uncertain. We need £100,000, will you help us save the secret garden?
Arriving at Arduaine feels like you have stumbled upon a hidden discovery rather than an established 100 year old garden. Visitors are immersed into a tranquil haven full of natural riches. For many it reminds them of the novel, The Secret Garden, by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
Armies of sumptuous flowers are everywhere and rhododendrons fill the air with their exquisite sweet fragrance. To echo the words of the main character in the novel, 'It seemed almost like being shut out of the world in some fairy place'.
When you give any amount to this appeal your name will go on display online as an Arduaine Guardian so that everyone can see who has helped to save the secret garden. When you donate £30 or more we'll also place your name at the entrance to Arduaine Garden in Argyll - there are only 300 places so please hurry if you would like to appear here.
The Save the Secret Garden Appeal will help to save this beautiful garden for the future. We've have already raised over £1,909,000 in a dedicated fund, we need your help to raise the final £100,000 to create a sustainable future for the garden. Please donate online now.
