Description
Fixed-term to end of January 2009 and part-time from 9.30am to 4.45pm on three days a week between Monday and Saturday.

We are looking for a Retail Manager to improve the commercial performance of our shop at No 27 Charlotte Square by increasing turnover and maximising visitor enjoyment through efficient, friendly, and accurate service based on customer needs and expectations.

In order to enjoy this role, you will have experience of retail management, ideally gained within a heritage/tourism environment, combined with experience of supervising and managing staff, excellent customer care skills and a genuine understanding of, and belief in, the work of the National Trust for Scotland.
