Description
The Adult Apprentice roll exists to provide support to the Culzean Stonemasonry team in carrying out important stonemasonry conservation work at Trust properties. In addition to supporting the work programme of the masonry team, a wide variety of training opportunities is provided to equip the candidate with a fuller understanding of the craft of stonemasonry and in the wider context of building conservation than is currently available through normal channels. This will also help address a national shortage of conservation stonemasons within the industry.
