Description
This role is responsible for ensuring that all Trust properties are supported and advised correctly on all conservation matters, and deliver the required standard of conservation care, customer experience and financial performance. The post has considerable scope and remit in overseeing properties across the whole of Scotland as well as significant budget responsibility.
Candidates will have a relevant professional background either in property management or in managing visitor attractions, a passion for what the Trust does together with the personal and business skills to understand the aspirations as well as the context and constraints, negotiate partnership agreements and to play a key role in leading the organisation.
