Description
The National Trust for Scotland has an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to manage and oversee all visitor-related activities at Inverewe Garden, one of the world's most stunning, varied & remarkable gardens, tucked in the remote north-west of Scotland.

As Visitor Services Manager, you will ensure that all visitor-related activities provide a positive experience, enhance Inverewe's reputation as a heritage/tourist attraction, and provide a positive budgetary contribution to the property's financial sustainability.

To be successful in the role you will be financially and commercially astute with relevant previous experience of running a catering facility, combined with previous experience in retail management. You will have a proven track record in identifying, developing and implementing visitor/commercial opportunities and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a commitment to high standards of customer service and an ability to motivate, coach and encourage staff and volunteers.
