the National Trust for Scotland Sole Trading Fund - Protecting the beauty of Scotland's mountains
Mountain Path Management Team
Hundreds of miles of footpaths have been repaired across the 76,000 hectares of land in the Trust's care, which includes 46 Munros.

The Mountain Path Management Team is a dedicated and skilled in-house team who roll out a detailed maintenance regime across Glencoe, Arran, Ben Lawers
and Ben Lomond.

They work hard to ensure that erosion damage does not build up and that current problems do not escalate before repair can be carried out. They use
innovative techniques, working in all weather to ensure that the many kilometres of mountain paths in the Trust’s care stay protected.

The Sole Trading Fund supports the Mountain Path Management Team.

We need your support to protect Scotland's mountains.
