I can no longer take part; can I get a refund?

Entries for the Crathes Half Marathon are non-refundable but fully transferrable. If no-one has taken your place, you will still be able to collect your race t-shirt from the Crathes Estate Office up until the 30th September.

I can no longer take part; can someone else take my place?

Yes, just give them your pre-race email and race number. On the day, they will register with your race number. They will receive the t-shirt size that was requested when you registered online, however if they would like a different one, they can ask after the race at the t-shirt gazebo to see if there are any spare sizes available.

If the person taking your place would like to be eligible for the prizes, we need to ensure they are in the correct category. Please email crathes@nts.org.uk before the 27th August with your name, date of birth and email address, as well as the name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and t-shirt size of the person taking your place.

These should be collected on the day of the race. These will be available before the race and until 3:30pm. They can be collected from the green gazebo next to the registration marquee.

Is there somewhere for me to leave my bags on the day of the race?

Yes, there will be a bag drop at the back of the registration marquee. When you register you will receive a tag with your race number. Attach this to anything you would like to leave and take it to the bag drop. Even though the bag drop will be manned at all times, we cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen.

Is there anything for my family to do if they come along as well?

Yes, there will be a Family Fun Day for family members to attend. More information on this will be released nearer to the time.
