UK DELIVERY RATES
For the National Trust for Scotland online shop the UK includes Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please check our Europe delivery rates.

Delivery for standard items to the UK costs £4.99 per order. Any order over 1 kg or of a fragile nature may be subject to an additional postage charge. We aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order. Please allow extra at peak times or during adverse weather conditions.

If you have not provided a postcode or the address provided is inadequate in any way, we do not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery.

EUROPE DELIVERY RATES
For the National Trust for Scotland online shop, Europe delivery includes:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. If the country you would like to send your order to is not listed here, please contact us and we will determine whether we can dispatch it to you.

The standard delivery rate for Europe is £9.99. Any order over 1.6kg or of a fragile nature may be subject to an additional postage charge.

Please note that products containing food or drink are not available for delivery outside the UK.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY RATES
For the National Trust for Scotland online shop, Rest of the World delivery includes the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If the country you would like to send your order to is not listed here, please contact us and we will determine whether we can dispatch it to you.

The delivery rate for orders for Rest of the World is £9.99. Any order over 780g or of a fragile nature may be subject to an additional postage charge.

NON STANDARD ITEMS
A small selection of products are despatched directly from our supplier and will incur a supplementary postal charge. We regret that these items are not available for delivery outside the UK.

FLOWERS
Delivery of flowers within the UK costs £4.99. If you place an order for flowers before 10am then the order will be fulfilled from the next working day. If an order is placed after 10am then the flowers will be delivered from the 2 working days. The delivery date of this item can be selected by the customer within these parameters.

HAMPERS
Delivery of hampers to the UK mainland costs £9.99, and delivery to UK islands costs £19.99. Your order should be delivered within 5 working days. The delivery date of this item can be selected by the customer within these parameters.

ALCOHOL
Delivery of alcohol within the UK costs £4.99. Your order should be delivered within 5 working days. The delivery date of this item can be selected by the customer within these parameters.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES
The last recommended order date for UK Christmas delivery is Wednesday 14th December 2011. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver before Christmas but deliveries for Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
