Facilities & access
We have an ongoing programme of accessible content development. Detailed accessibility guides for the most visited Trust places are available on our Accessibility pages as well as links to useful resources.
We’d love you to visit the Euan’s Guide website to review the accessibility of Trust places and tell us (and others) what’s good and where we need to do better.
Disabled parking is available adjacent to the visitor reception.
Accessible toilets are in the courtyard, adjacent to the tearoom.
The café is open with indoor & outdoor seating available.
Children will enjoy spotting the various sculptures and wood carvings throughout the garden and wider estate.
Coach parking is available in the car park and main drive.
Dogs are welcome in the woodland, café and courtyard area.
Assistance dogs are welcome within the walled garden.
Parking is available 75m from the reception and is free for members.
Wander around the garden and you’ll find lots of tips and ideas to take back to your own green haven. Relax by the beautiful statue of Foam, a bronze water nymph set in a circular pool with fountains. Enjoy a winter walk surrounded by flowering shrubs and carpets of snowdrops. Admire the 568 varieties of daffodils that burst into life in spring.
The woodland walk is ideal for a family ramble – and dogs are welcome too.
- The main entrance and route to the garden is over a cobbled surface, surfaces in the garden are uneven.
- There are gentle slopes in the garden with mainly lawn paths.
- The shop and tearoom have level access.
- Two assisted-use wheelchairs are available for visitors.
