Scotland's Gardens Open DayCannaDates between : Sat 4 May - Wed 14 AugA National Trust for Scotland event in support of Scotland’s Gardens.
Formerly a derelict two acre walled garden brought back to life following a 5 year restoration project started in 2007. There's now soft fruit, top fruit, vegetables, ornamental lawns and flower beds, and an 80ft Escallonia arch.
The garden is currently being replanted to attract bees, butterflies and moths. Visitors can enjoy further woodland walks outside the walls and the spectacular views of neighbouring islands.
Light refreshments available at the adjacent Island Tearoom. Access Isle of Canna via Calmac ferry from Mallaig pier. Gardener will meet you in the Garden.
