A strenuous walk over rough and beautiful coastal terrain to MacCulloch's Fossil Tree, with great views and the chance to spot eagles! A ranger and geologist will accompany the walk to help you explore this unique landscape, learn about how it was formed and how geology influences its habitats and wildlife.
Please note that this walk involves the descent and ascent of a steel ladder down a rock face and is not suitable for dogs. Please wear walking boots with good ankle support and bring waterproofs and a packed lunch and drink.

As well as golden and sea eagles, a number of smaller birds can be seen at Burg, including wheatears among the rocks, yellowhammers in the trees below the cliffs, and stonechats and cuckoos.
