    This ranger guided walk will cover approx. 4km of quite rough ground through woodland, steep in places and away from paths. It provides a great opportunity though to delve into some of the natural woodlands and wildlife of east Loch Lomondside, and find out some of the human history of the area.

    An early morning walk to enjoy bird calls and identification on the lower slopes of Ben Lomond.

    This ranger guided walk will cover approx. 4km over a rough hill path, climbing about quarter of the way up Ben Lomond. Discover some of the variety of bird and other wildlife to be found on the hill before the crowds arrive, including the elusive Black Grouse.


    The event starts at 5.30am.
