    Formal Schools Programme linked to the 5 -14 Environmental Studies curriculum. Three tours available: Houses and Homes for Primary 1 – Primary 3 / 4 (Levels A & B); for Primary 4 to 7 (Levels B/C or C/D) we offer two tours linked to the strand Understanding People in the Past / Development of Edinburgh, namely, Georgian Life and Trainee Servants. The latter two tours are essentially the same, but with a slightly different emphasis. Please allow 1 and a half to 2 hours for the visit. Costumes for children worn on top of own clothes. Teaching Pack available with background information for teachers and worksheets for follow-up work. Also available for loan is a Dance Pack and a DVD of the film presentation “Living in a Grand Design”. Tours are led by Education Guides.
