    A gift shop and bookshop are situated in the original housekeeper’s sitting room and bedroom.

    A food shop can be found in the original Still Room (where cordials, jams and jellies were made, and baking was done separately from the Kitchen).

    Award-winning licensed restaurant – it is advisable to book in advance for busy weekends in the summer and in December.

    Number of covers: 60 in main restaurant, 30 in the Tea Garden in good weather and 50 in the Servants’ Hall (only for special events or for groups)

    Dogs on leads are welcome in the gardens and park.
    Only assistance dogs are permitted in the House.
    Water is available from the Restaurant.

    Ample parking is provided in front of the House and at the side in the Riverside car park. On busy days additional parking is available at the Burrell car park, about a third of a mile away.
