    • A beautiful woodland walk in classic Perthshire scenery, with contrasting rivers, the Garry being slow flowing at this point, the Tummel still a fast flowing and tumbling over rapids.
    • Wildlife includes pine martens, otters, pearl-bordered fritillary and lily of the valley.
    • An early example (1910) of a fish pass, now redundant bypasses the falls of Tummel.

19 hectares of mixed woodland and fields, at the confluence of the rivers Garry and Tummel. The property and its setting exemplifies the basic elements of the much-lauded Highland Perthshire scenery.
