The museum shop stocks a selection of gifts and themed goods.
The museum café offers an excellent range of food, from home baking to main meals. It was identified by the Soil Association in 2006 as the best museum café in the UK. The licensed café seats 80.
Dogs are welcome outside the exhibition building if on a lead.
Guide dogs, hearing dogs and other recognised assistance dogs are admitted.
Extensive parking is available adjacent to the exhibition building.
