No parking outside. Four steep steps from road to pavement outside property; pavement ramp 100 metres.
There are turnpike stairs in the building, but we do have a straighter set of stairs to provide access to the first floor if necessary. If stairs are a problem, one can visit two rooms on the ground floor and view the armchair guidebook to see the rooms on the first floor.
There are no public toilets in the building, but there are public toilets on the Royal Mile.
