    Steps up to property front door without handrail - disabled access via side lane available for alternative entry.
    Baby changing facilities – within the disabled toilet.

    Garden benches available on the lawns and over looking the River Dee.

    For assistance to negotiate the property we have available lightweight portable seats.

    Seats available in most rooms as resting points.

    There is sometimes parking available directly outside the property on the street. Free parking is available on streets, harbour car park and marina car park. There is not at present a disabled parking space – but we’re working on it!

    The building is accessible via disabled access at side of property. Wheelchair access to lower and upper ground floors only.

    Garden has a patio area for viewing – the garden has historic narrow paths lined with foot high box hedging – not suitable for wheeled vehicles.

    Warning: very uneven and sometimes slippery paving in the garden.

    WC’s are available on the lower ground floor.
    Shop is located on the lower ground floor.
