Light and airy Reception Centre and shop offering a wide selection of gifts and food, many sourced locally, cold drinks and ice creams.

Plant Sales: The large Garden Centre sells plants grown on the property.

Refreshments: The Coffee Shop, located in the Reception Centre, offers drinks and a selection of home baking. There is outdoor seating within the Garden Centre.

The Castle Tearoom is situated within what was the servants’ hall. Soups, light snacks and home baking are served. Local beers and ice-creams made on Arran are very popular with visitors. The Tearoom has a restaurant licence. Outdoor seating on the terrace overlooks Brodick Bay. Seating capacity is 70.

Dogs: Well behaved dogs are most welcome in all parts of the gardens and Country Park excepting the Walled Garden. We ask that they be kept on a lead at all times. Water is available at the Reception Centre and Tearoom. Dogs, assistance dogs excepted, are not permitted inside.

Parking: There is a large car park with picnic tables next to the Reception Centre and bays for drivers with a disability at the rear of the Castle. There is separate parking for buses.
