PROPERTY TO LET

The NTS has a wide portfolio of properties which are leased for residential, commercial and agricultural purposes. The properties are mostly of historical and/or architectural interest and we are looking for tenants who, like us, are committed to maintaining Scotland’s built heritage through a sensitive approach to building conservation, taking into account the special character and location of the buildings.

All of our residential leases are based on a Short Assured Tenancy agreement, usually an initial period of six months with other details such as a deposit and notice period agreed prior to commencement.
