Support Scotland's heritage - give now to the National Trust for Scotland

Learning Events
Learning Events take place at many Trust sites each year, offering something extra to our normal tours and guided walks. Each event is aimed at specific audiences – such as families, special interest groups, school learners, students or general visitors.

The activities focus on particular themes.  For instance, pARTicipate is a series of events that uses the arts as a means to explore Scotland's heritage. Last year, these included a drama project, when young people researched the history of Newhailes House and then wrote and produced plays for public performance, and a sculpture project when a local school and the public tried out their artistic skills under the guidance of artist, Kenny Munro.
